  Recently I met with Justine Cooper to open a bank account for my business. While this is a very normal thing in the business world, for me this is not an aspect of business that I enjoy, in fact, I find these types of things stressful.
  
  I felt so fortunate that I knew someone who I could trust that could help me. I knew she would take the time to listen to what I needed and find the right banking fit for me. Justine is truly an incredible person. Not only is she sweet and approachable, she is extremely intelligent and knows her product better than anyone. Her entire approach is customer service focused, and she really makes you feel like you are her priority and her mandate is to make sure you have all your bases covered.
  
  She was able to set up a new corporate bank account for me, and it was so easy I actually can't believe it’s already done. She was able to leverage my time so that it made sense for me by using docusign to sign documents, we met at a time when it was convenient for me as I have a crazy schedule, and when I forgot the important documents she asked me to bring, she helped me source them quickly so we could stay on time and on track.
  
  I felt so comfortable with Justine that I just got her to set it all up and sort out the details for me. Never once did I feel she was steering me in the wrong direction. It is a rare situation where someone who stresses about banking as much as I do to just turn over the reigns to someone else, but I did.
  
  Justine offers incredible value to anyone who needs advice on personal banking. While I haven’t had to use her services fully yet, I know that in the future she is my go-to person for any and all banking needs.
  
  Thank you Justine for the heart and passion you bring to the table, it shows in every little thing that you do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone!

  Justine Cooper at ATB on Wye Road helped us set up accounts for our two teenager daughters. She was great with the kids, they felt so comfortable with her! Justine is so helpful and welcoming and an expert in her field. She is a great teacher for anyone new to managing their finances! I really appreciate her knowledge and customer service for our family. Thank you Justine!
