I have been seeing Dr. Ching for around a decade; she has always been kind, thorough, and willing to listen to any concerns I've had. I've also seen two other doctors there (Dr. Adams and Dr. Fischer) at different points when Dr. Ching has been away. Both of them were also incredibly kind and helpful -- Dr. Adams even called me from her home to reassure me about some test results. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic; it seems like they have a great team an really emphasize treating patients with care and being thorough when investigating concerns.

I love my doctor, Dr. Pratt. She is my family doctor, my son's doctor and delivered my son three years ago. And the receptionists are helpful, friendly and professional. The place is clean and welcoming.

St. Albert Medical Clinic delivers great medical care to its patients. We have been going there from when it first opened nearly 10 years ago as 'Salvus Medical Clinic'. While we do have one primary doctor who cares for us we have seen many others on staff. All provide professional, thorough, and caring service - it's exemplary. The front office staff are also excellent. We highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Poon has been my family doctor for almost 20 years. She is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Despite having a heavy work volume in seeing her many scheduled clients on a daily basics, she affords time in listening & offering sound/ good medical advice. She is very in tune when I have questions & empowers me to take care of my health and wellness. The St. Albert Medical Clinic is very fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor on their team. Additionally, the reception staff are also very good to deal with as well. :)
