(June 30, 2020, 8:35 pm)I am so impressed with how well Goodlife has done their re-opening!! Very thorough with the cleaning, it's not too crowded, easy to book a time slot and lots of machines still available! Awesome experience and its so good to be back!!!

(March 20, 2019, 3:14 pm)I've been working out here for a few years now and it's a good gym. It's not usually too busy and they have a really good selection of weights and cardio equipment. The change rooms are big, spacious and clean. They also have several shower stalls and a sauna. No pool at this location though.
