(March 3, 2019, 12:09 am)i was rear ended in my car last December, i sustained severe neck and back injuries. I could not move my head and suffered back injuries that made it difficult to do anything., I started getting treatment from James and his team. I want to in particular thank Kara Biendarra for the massage treatments that have help tremendously. Throughout this difficult time, each time a could count on a friendly smile, caring person who asked how you felt and then made her recommendation on what course of treatment would be best, true professional. With James and Kara treatment, i have seen substantial improvement. Thank you!!

Sam at the Fort, Brandyn at Tudor Glen, Julie at Kensington are all great and get my body back to where it needs to be. Having multiple locations allows for easy booking in my busy life. (September 21, 2018, 12:40 pm)I started seeing Graham for tight calves which I always have as a runner. He has been doing acupuncture and it makes a huge difference! As a runner himself, he understands what I am experiencing and knows exactly how to help. He’s the best!

(September 19, 2018, 11:31 pm)My massage therapist, Mark Ellis, has helped to change my life. I have had chronic pain from a car accident that happened over 30 years ago. Mark was able to accurately assess, treat, and suggest self-treatment. My issues are more manageable now, largely due to Mark. He is incredibly generous with his time and even assesses and suggests treatments for my yoga students if they have issues. High praise for Mark Ellis!!
