Great service

Best phone crew anywhere. Fast efficient service. Makes all the other stores in town look stupid

Make sure you get the facts down before making a transaction. In my experience, the store hasn't been completely transparent with me.

This is what happened..

They advertised an awesome deal:
+ $100 Superstore credit,
+ a free wireless charger ($130), and
+ a 64 GB Samsung memory card.

The guy there walked me through everything, confirmed the offer, then transferred the data from my old phone into the new one.

When I was ready to pay, the guy informed me that they were out of chargers. He could only offer me the other two: the store credit and the memory card.

I was still getting a deal, but it was not the deal I went in for. And it was already late in the process when I had the real facts.

Besides, I could have also gotten a sweet deal straight from my service provider: $100 loyalty bonus, and 20% discount on all phone accessories, all without wasting time, straight from my couch.

Now, even though I was unhappy, I felt like I couldn't back out because I had already spent over 1 hour on this.

Then, the guy offered me this:
+ 50% off the screen protector and the casing,
+ 15% off the phone charger (when it was going to be available again).

Checking out of the store, one of the cashiers told me that the same thing happened to her.. and that they often tend to - somehow, way too quickly - be out of their offers.

So.. I went back and got that charger on the said discount a couple of weeks later.

It's not the money that I'm so upset about, it's the lack of transparency.
