(February 15, 2019, 8:49 pm)I am on my second week of going to the Spruce Grove fit body Boot camp. Robyn is the only trainer there that I have trained with, she's been absolutely amazing, very encouraging and she always makes me feel really comfortable. It's nice to go to a gym and not feel like you're being judged. I would definitely recommend this place if you need someone to encourage you and motivate you. ????
