My child was having a difficult time and the assistant and dentist were both understanding and very gentle with her. I did not feel pressured to force her to have the work done and they seemed equally concerned that the experience was not a bad one so that future visits would be easier for her.

(July 27, 2020, 9:29 pm)I can not recommend Gateway Dental Enough for your little ones dental needs.
We just had my daughters first appointment and she did amazing and it’s all thanks to the staff and Dr.Lam at the Sherwood park location which made all the difference.
He took his time with my 2 year old (who hates anyone by her teeth) showed her “puppy” videos of his dogs to make her feel more comfortable (she loves dogs), sang with her, and was able to do a full exam no problem!
If you want a place that is truly kid focused, clean, and friendly, this is the place to go. -

I am very picky about who I let treat my three children, we felt comfortable here. The doctor was informative on treatment plans and offered support and recommendations on how to proceed! Thank you so much! I am already very pleased with the very first visit!

(August 25, 2018, 3:58 am)Awesome place made my daughter feel so comfortable. They took time to make sure she understood. Such and amazing staff. Place was super clean and had tablets and a kids movie on the TV. My daughter got to watch TV with headphones on during extraction to keep her at ease. I would strongly recommend to all. Thank you so much for make us feel comfortable. We will definitely be back if ever needed.
