I went to this location yesterday for the first time and was immediately impressed with the layout, cleanliness and beauty of the store. The moss wall is so attractive and fitting. This is without a doubt the most appealing cannabis store I've been to.

I was assisted by Shaan K. who was nothing short of exceptional. He gave me details regarding the product I was buying that I was unaware of and he was right - the product (Subway Scientist) is amazing. He also recommended other products for future purchases. It's very evident he knows his product knowledge and his customer service game is on point. He's for sure a keeper so I hope he continues to thrive here and be recognized by management for his superior service. I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on. Keep up the outstanding work Shaan and the rest of the Fire and Flower (Baseline) team!

Just an update that I went back to this location today and was assisted by another gentleman, Blane. His customer service was also exceptional and well above average. He made great suggestions and although I've only tried one of the beverage products I purchased, he was certainly right to recommend them and now I do as well.

I'm sure everyone who works here is outstanding. As I've already said above, I'll be going to this location from now on. If you live in Sherwood Park or nearby or are in the area this is definitely the cannabis shop you'll want to use!
