For myself, it's a great fit. The owners have assumed a great responsibility for alot of men and women to earn their own living. I think some people don't see that side of it.

With family, Friends, co-workers...anyone, it is a challenge to make large groups of unique individuals get along and attend to certain individual needs. In my experience, this company is one of the few who concentrate and devote effort towards meeting and even in some cases catering to those needs of their employees. That is a rare and beautiful thing. It's nice to see. Everyone can't get along all the time, but it's nice that they try to make it happen when they are able to.

It's unfortunate that people have had bad experiences here, but I truely believe Barb and Gerald to be great people who care a great deal for this company and of course the people who made it along side them!

I am looking forward to a long and prosperous career along side these great people and this growing company also!

Great place to work. Great staff to work with dispatchers know there stuff and are always willing to help you with problems. Nice big bay shop with properly trained staff and friendly service. Highly recommend working for this company to anybody that like to make money and being able to pick your days off with no real schedule to follow. Keep up the great work

I've been running as an O/O with Black Eagle for a couple of years now. They are very easy to work with and always seem really fair, and cooperative with my needs as well. The company has grown a lot since I started and I like the direction they have headed.

I had the opportunity on several occasions to work alongside Black Eagle TransLoad crews on sites in both Alberta and BC and always found them to be a friendly, hardworking, resourceful group of individuals willing to share their expertise. On one job in particular, it was thanks to the assistance of one of the Black Eagle Telebelt Operators that we were able to complete field repairs on a critical piece of our equipment that allowed us to stay up and running. Much gratitude and respect for the cooperation despite working for a rival company at the time.

Excellent company to work for! Great staff, dispatchers go the extra mile to make the drivers happy in getting their fair share of work. Great shop facilities with good mechanics All equipment is well maintained. Above all a very productive and safe company to work for.
