Needed to call the ambulance for my aging father they arrived quickly and professionally The male emt (Shaun) went above a beyond in taking time to speak to me and explain the options which best suited my dads care. He was brought to Rimbey hospital, the ER was extremely busy and my dad had to wait outside in the ambulance until a bed was available in the ER. Shaun stopped and talked to me and let me know what was happening. His kindness and knowledge made this difficult time easier Thank you Shaun
