The gentleman helping us showed me items that suited what I was looking for. He was courteous and not pushy. He let me take my time and consider all my options. When I mentioned in passing that I needed to clean my engagement ring (which I had purchased elsewhere), he immediately offered to do a complimentary cleaning. By the end of it, we left thrilled with a new necklace and a looking-like-new engagement ring. It was an above-and-beyond customer service experience.
