  Stayed here for one night. Got picked up at the airport and dropped off at the front door. Check in was a breeze and Mili was friendly. Got to my room and got what I ordered. A king bed. Room clean and fresh. Slept well. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner/heater was noisy but I turned it off as the room was cooled to the temperature I wanted. Went down stairs in the morning and they had a small continental style breakfast. Eggs with cheese, sausage, waffles, cold cereal. The works. Shuttle back to the airport this morning.

  Really nice and comfortable rooms! Only down side is you can hear a train every night passing by. Breakfast is amazing, and great staff!

  Awesome. Clean and comfy bed. Breakfast average and tired. I just wish staff would welcome and thank me for my status and loyalty

  It was a good experience. The vending machines stopped working and I was like, where to get water bottles from, it was so cold and too late in night but this kind lady, crystal(at front desk) , helped me get water and also she returned me the money, vending machine drank.

  Overall, this hotel is nice, and I do recommend it, but there are a few things that need to be said.
  
  The reason for my stay is a two-week course I am taking nearby, so the convenience factor, with the free breakfast and airport shuttle, is unbeatable. The rooms were spacious and clean.
  
  THE STAFF, on the other hand... tsk tsk... They are lazy, rude, and made me feel like I was such a burden to them every time I needed something. The front desk staff just sit there chit-chatting with their friends on the phone the whole time, and I understand it’s probably boring when it’s not busy, but FOR THE LOVE OF PETE, when a customer approaches, put the phone down and don’t roll your eyes at the customer. I have witnessed this happening on 4 separate occasions, with three different front desk staff. This is not acceptable.
  
  Other than that, no complaints...
