(September 8, 2018, 8:30 pm)I purchased a TV back on boxing week last year. It was their house brand. Early on there was a line running through the TV. It was thin but noticeable. I didn't have a receipt and couldn't track down when I purchased it as I paid cash.
Margaret and the owner put in some effort to track it down by the numbers on the TV and without a physical receipt they made the reimbursement easy. I exchanged it for a laptop and paid the difference.
My experience was amazing. The professionalism and the way they went above and beyond in such a short period of time was fantastic.
I highly recommend doing business with this store!
