  I am genuinely confused by all the bad reviews on here. The only valid point I’ve seen at all is that they don’t do crazy designs and French fades and whatnot. If you go in not knowing what you want or don’t explain to the tech your nails are going to suck from anywhere. I’ve been coming here since the girls moved over from Studio Nails YEARS ago. Sandy and Jessica are bar none the best techs and the only ones I see and the older woman with shorter hair does the most amazing pedicures I’ve ever had. I’m not a huge talker so they’ll just let me be, or if I’ve had a great day or something exciting happens they’re happy to sit and chat for the full hour appointment. If anyone I see is one vacation or full I’ve tried other places closer to home (west Edmonton) but I always come back because no one else knows what the hell they’re doing. I drive over a half hour (on days with no traffic!) to come here. I think that should speak volumes to their customer service.
