(October 28, 2019, 4:48 pm)I have only been part of this program for one week, but I feel like this could be a successful program. The coaches are super friendly and having to be accountable for what I do makes me want to try harder. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is this program is very expensive between the sign up cost and then the added supplement cost (which you are told about right up front), and then you need to buy your food. At the end of the day it’s expensive, but it will be worth it!!

(October 23, 2019, 3:58 pm)Great support group in Leduc! They make you feel like you are part of the family...the girls are not pushy and genuinely want to see you reach your goals. The knowledge base is great...it is awesome to have meal plans built for you with the foods you like! Love it
