I love the 30 min workout - it pushes and challenges you every time. The trainers are so nice and there to help you, I am so glad I tried it out!

Challenging every single time and leave with a smile on my face feeling accomplished after each workout. Love that there are no class times, flexible and easy to fit a great 30 minute workout into your daily routine. So happy to have found 9Round, one of the best investments I’ve ever made for myself!
