  James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have always had great experiences at LensCrafters but James went above and beyond and I will continue to return to his store for all my vision needs!

  I've been going to this lenscrafters for over 10 years. They are always friendly, and willing to help you regardless of where you've purchased your eye wear. The only downside I've experienced is the removal of 1hr glasses; I've a horrible prescription and yet they always managed to get me my glasses in that 1hr time frame. Now it can take weeks as they have to order the lenses in. Past 4 pairs of glasses I've purchased there have averaged 8 days turn around. Just wish they'd bring the in- store labs back as they used to be.
