Truly excellent customer service! The staff, particularly Dr Kreuzer, are friendly, very helpful, and honest. I highly recommend them for both eye exams and eye glasses. You will be treated well and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I am a happy customer!

Just an all around amazing place. I couldn’t resist checking it out. How often do you see a place with nothing but 5 star reviews?

All the reviews are incredibly well deserved. They have such diversity in their stock and a lot of the glasses you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere else. They don’t carry the usual overpriced name brands you see in every other store. It’s still high quality but also very unique and every brand they carry has a story behind it and values environmental sustainability.

The staff are great as well. They were super patient with me and took the time to go through all the options, what I liked and I didn’t, and helped me make a decision that was best for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I didn’t feel like they had an agenda to ensure a sale. I just genuinely felt cared for.

If you’re looking for glasses, come here.

Amazing service, people, and products. The staff are fun and personable, but also professional. They know their products and services very well. Dr. Michael worked so hard to make sure my contacts worked for me - when the first set were mildly uncomfortable, he and his team helped me find a set that were much better. I also love how the admin team had great follow-up and were so available over the texting service. They answered every question I had and made it so casual and easy. What a great team!

I had an excellent experience getting my new glasses here and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam or new frames. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I really liked their modern approach both in business and in customer service. Text reminders and communication was super handy. My new frames were ready in just over a week! I will be bringing my family to see Micheal from now on.

This was my first time getting glasses, so I was pretty high maintenance, but I got a lot of assistance at Glass Half Full. I almost tried on every pair in the store (and they have a lot of really neat frames)- I really appreciated the time spent with me. My eye exam was great too- really friendly and knowledgeable people here- I think it's a family business, and I really like to support local too. I will definitely be sending the rest of my family there when they need an exam and new glasses.
