I bought my first condo from Nicole. I was referred to her from my mortgage broker and after the first phone conversation I knew I was in good hands. She asked me all the proper questions to have a better understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She then sent me links shortly after our phone call on every property to fit my budget in the spots I was looking in. The software is easy to use and I loved that I could sort places into categories of likes, maybe's and dislikes so she could gain a better understanding of what I was looking for. Nicole setup appointments as soon as I was available, and we were off to the races. She was so much fun to look through places with, I still wanted to look at more after I found the one I wanted. Her passion for real estate shines bright.

She was patient, kind and a constant source of wise advice through the whole process. Anyone that has Realtor needs, I recommend you go with Nicole, because she GETS STUFF DONE!!! (Or sold, or bought)..
