  I went to Nait to do a course for two months.
  The windmill suites ended up being a good choice for my short term stay. Some of the Pros include:
  Uninterrupted individual internet access for each suite. Outdoor plug for the winter. Quiet working adult community ( so for me it was the perfect environment to study). Full time maintenance personnel on site.
  They do return your deposit within 10 business days after leaving ( minus damages which they are not too fussy about as well as the cost of hiring a cleaning company to get the suite ready for the next tenant).
  Cons include:
  No laundry facilities on site ( but there is a laundromat just down the road)

  Ended up staying here for two years simply because there is nothing else as affordable in Edmonton. Its OK, a bit regimented, and everything fine until it comes the time to reclaim your deposit. I left in November and am still waiting for my $300. ????????????????????????
  
  Just an update. Recieved deposit today less 3 hours cleaning (fair enough). 4 months to the day.
