    Another Happy Family Sells a Home in the Caernarvon Neighbourhood With Jay Berg!
    In 2014, after 8 straight years paying someone else’s mortgage in the volatile Edmonton rental climate, we hired Jay Berg to find us a home for our expanding family. On our own, we had previously searched throughout most of north Edmonton, to no avail. Through friends, we were referred to Jay Berg and never looked back. Jay Berg provided first class service to first time buyers, ensuring all the ins and outs of the home buying process were laid out in simple to understand terms. He made a nerve-wracking and often confusing real estate market easy to navigate and understand. After searching over a couple of weeks and previewing multiple properties, we found the absolute perfect home for our family! Jay’s great experience and wealth of knowledge greatly assisted us in our decision-making process; before, during and after the purchase of our dream home. His insight and ideas to the future layout, planning of the home helped set us forward, and on our way to ownership.
    Fast forward three years, and as being a military family we were thrown a curve ball, and told we’re to be relocated house-to-house in three short months.
