I rented a moving truck from them a couple of weeks ago - everything went fine, moving from Devon to Edmonton (about 80 KM). I was so angry now when I just opened my statement from them and they show that I drove 562 KM! I set the trip-meter when I got in the truck so I know I was maybe about 108 KM by the time I made a stop at Ikea for some furniture and stopped to gas it up and return it. Now I'm wondering how I prove what I'm saying! They didn't check the odometer when I picked it up so I have no idea who else drove this truck before they checked the mileage. They're closed right now and I will update this review based on how they respond tomorrow. But they're already far from a 5-star review just based on sending me this bill and charging my credit card! This will take a lot of effort to fix!!
Update: Called this morning and told them what the issue was - they looked it up and immediately agreed that I was charged over 400 KM more than I should have been. So they are sending me a receipt of the removal of those charges by e-mail. So that's good - I imagined having to show them my Google Maps timelines and gas receipt for the amount of gas I bought, etc...but they found the problem right away. But they still caused me a huge amount of stress when we really didn't need it - so best I can do is 3 stars.

I purchased a used vehicle from Driving Force. This company is a top notch outfit. I dealt with Randy and he is an excellent communicator. I live in Ontario and purchased a vehicle from Alberta. Over email and a phone. Randy was helpful every step of the way. I asked a lot of questions and Randy was very patient and helpful and answered all my questions. He even arranged for the shipping of my vehicle right to my door. I would not hesitate to deal with Driving Force. I will definitely be talking to DF for any future vehicle purchases.

I have been dealing with Driving Force for two years now ( West End _ YEG ) - consistently; renting large Transit Vans as I have a business that caters to moving and installing art work. I heavily depend on a highly organized team, which I have in-house. From my outside vendors, - like Driving Force - I depend on reliability, clean and prompt service ( and vehicles ) and staff that meets my needs for professional and fast service. I have been dealing ( almost exclusively ) with Natalie Scott - a first class Customer Service Provider - who tends to my every need - from vehicle placement ( depending on the assignment ) to scheduling pick-up and drop-offs. She has been such an asset to my business, that it has almost hindered me from buying-out a Transit Van ( which, maybe her Boss' won't be too happy about reading ). She is a wonderful steward to this business - always helping, assisting with my growing and demanding business. I always look forward to seeing her and the other people of Driving Force as I always know I'm in good hands and know whole-heartedly they are looking after me and my business' needs.
