(February 26, 2019, 3:07 pm)Really great facility with excellent trainers and equipment. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, endurance and body shape. Programs are tailor made to each client. Nice bright gym and clean change rooms. It’s like showering at the Fairmont!

(July 6, 2018, 4:29 am)This is the best gym I’ve ever been to! The staff, trainers and overall atmosphere is everything you are looking for. Trainers are supportive in and out of gym. Staff is always friendly and encouraging. I will recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a new facility.
