  I fell in love with this studio from the time I walked in the door. The staff are all awesome, Melanie, the owner, is so kind and dedicated to operating such a welcoming and connected business atmosphere. There are even many great products for sale at very agreeable prices! Always look forward to going in!

  The space is welcoming, bright, and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. The instructors have been consistently excellent. The owner has been amazing in helping resolve an issue that was by my own error but she clearly cares about what she's building and in helping people be a part of that.

  This is honestly the best studio I have been to in a very long time. The environment both in the studio rooms and the lounge/reception area is amazing. It's really clean, and smells great with whatever essential oil they have diffusing that day. They have the coolest ambient lighting in the rooms. The teachers are really great and embody what they are teaching. One of my fave parts is the cool lemongrass scented face towel they give out after a hot class. I will definitely keep coming back! ???????? ????????

  I love this studio! I'm so happy to see it open up in the neighbourhood. The space is beautiful, calming, welcoming and large, with plenty of room to stretch out which is lovely as some places feel very crowded. The instructors are gentle and supportive and very good at what they do. Lots of parking (yay!) Although I've been practicing for years this is easily one of the best studios I've ever been to...I'm a big fan. :-)
