(August 18, 2018, 5:00 am)I have been reading a couple of reviews recently, To be honest I am renting this place over 2 years now and I have no complains. Rakesh and his wife Amlesh have been great throughout. I had all my issues resolved within a day or two. We had a missing door ever since we rented and we were told it would be replaced until I talked about it once with Rakesh and he fixed in right away.
Extremely satisfied with having these amazing management around. Very friendly and helpful -

(July 26, 2018, 3:24 am)I have been reading the reviews and would like to bring to every ones attention that Pam is no longer here. Left without so much as been nice knowing you. That has been their way of doing things, but that has changed. The assistant managers now have a much nicer attitude and are working hard to make life here comfortable, safe and enjoyable by all. That is a tall order to fill as we all have our own requirements for making us happy. This is high density living and this calls for a lot of patience as we are all individuals. If you need to complain, make sure it is something that needs to be complained about. I have to call on the maintenance man quite a few times with the repairs and work done politely and properly. They have always been polite and helpful. Nobody is perfect and we all make mistakes. I find the only person that make no mistakes is a person who does nothing. Often people respond to our attitude we have when asking for something, by having an attitude mirroring our own. Be nice and they will be nice. Honesty goes a long way as well, in this department. I have rented in several places and bad things can always be found. My mom and I have lived here almost 3 years now and have enjoyed it very much. Give the new managers time to settle in and catch up to all that was left behind by Pam. Enjoy your self and make this place your home.
