(November 8, 2019, 9:14 pm)Starbucks services are similar to any other chain establishments, unfortunately not always consistent. I had a mobile-order has stolen (mistake?!) at the Banff location, they immediately replace it, that's another 10 mins wait when you are in a rush. Today at the WEM location, first they forget (missed?) the order, then they made the matcha-green-tea latte with regular milk instead of almond milk, I knew it tasted off, rushing prevented me from returning to the store to replace it. Luckily, for them and me, I am not lactose intolerant! Regardless, it is down the drain. For you - the customers, ALWAYS double-check to ensure you are getting what you ordered! And to the BARISTAS, listen carefully to what customers orders, verify if you must!

(May 11, 2019, 10:07 pm)Who doesn't love Starbucks!? They are a premium coffee spot. Love their products. Their baristas are great workers. Fast and efficient. Also, I love their online app. It makes the ordering and payment of my coffee to be so easy!
