Carl does amazing Fascia work and seems to have a magic touch when my chronic issues flare up. Kathryn at the Millwoods location gives an excellent whole body massage. Today I spent an hour with Melissa and had a very strong therapeutic massage. I will always choose the Self Centre first for mine and my family's massage needs

(April 22, 2019, 7:33 pm)Although a little hiccup with my massage appointment, I was glad that I gave it a chance as it was well worth it! Cassandra has hands of an angel and I literally felt I was waking on clouds after my massage. The facility was very clean and smelled wonderful not over empowering. Already booked another appointment for a different service. ????

(April 20, 2019, 2:27 pm)Yolanda is amazing! She asks all the questions before the massage making sure you get exactly what you want. After she gives helping stretching tips for areas that are particularly tight. I've gone back many times. Highly recommend. Direct bill too!!
