(April 22, 2019, 4:52 am)I was visiting my elderly parents over the Easter weekend. They had recently changed some of the towel bars in the bathroom and needed a few holes to be filled. I patched the holes and put primer on and the paint that my parents thought was the right colour turned out to be very different. I cut a small piece of drywall out and took it the the staff at Benjamin Moore.
Kelly helped me out and let me know that the paint sample was very small and asked if I could leave it with them for a bit. She asked for my name and number and let me know that they would call when they had the paint done. Kelly called me a few hours later and said that they had worked hard to match the colour and felt it was as close as they could get it. I picked up the paint and was very happy with the sample that they showed me.
Well I have painted the bathroom and am so impressed at how the colour matches. 2 Coat’s and I cannot see the difference. Kelly and the staff at Benjamin Moore did a fantastic job helping me out and I thank them for their efforts and professionalism.

(April 11, 2017, 4:56 pm)I have been buying paint from this Benjamin Moore outlet in Riverbend Square for the last 5 years. The staff have great product knowledge and the customer service is far better at this store then you would expect from one of the big box stores like Home Depot. Give these guys a chance to help you, you won't be disappointed.

(March 25, 2017, 12:58 am)The service at this store can be hit or miss. We have had good and bad service. One time we waited patiently for 15 minutes while the employee discussed design with a couple, who then left without buying anything, where we had come in specifically to buy something and she was the only staff there. When we took two seconds to look at something else while she was helping us, she then started helping someone else even though she completely had ignored us earlier when the other couple had done the same thing. Ended up being 45 minutes in the store just to get a can of paint. Other times I have come in and gotten helped swiftly and given good advice. Luck of the draw with how many staff there are and who they are.

(February 6, 2017, 1:17 am)I was shocked by the fabulous customer service. I will be buying all my paint from this location. Yes, the paint is a little more expensive than home depot. But the quality and the service is well worth it.
