  Very friendly staff. I was picked-up on time, the car was clean and warmed for me. I can't believe the selection of cars at this location, I will definitely be back. I met the manager, and I was really impressed and understood why this branch was different! I am an enterprise fan, but more specifically this location!!

  For the current manager (Taylor), customer satisfaction is the top priority. You can tell they would do anything to keep customers happy. That's been my recent experiences at this location (since the new management). I would highly recommend them and I would for sure keep renting from them.

  I needed to rent a vehicle for about 4 days. The first two days, I needed a truck, which was given to me. When I no longer needed the truck, I called to exchange the truck for an economy car. When I called to asked if they had any economy cars available and what the rate was, whoever I spoke with would not answer my two questions. I asked repeatedly if I could exchange my truck for an economy car for a cheaper rate, and after not getting any answers and with the representative arguing with me, I had enough and kept the truck for two more days.
  
  When I returned the truck on the fourth day, I spoke with the manager, Taylor, about the experience I had with their staff member. She apologized for this and wanted me to have a better experience. I was charged the rate for a truck for the first two days, and she charged me for an economy car for the last two days. She also waived my damage waiver cost and refunded me an extra $10, as the truck was given to me with a tank not completely full.
  
  Taylor went above and beyond to make my experience better and I was really grateful for her customer service. Thanks Taylor!

  I have only good experiences with Enterprise. Their cars are always new and clean. They got the best staff; polite, well-mannered and caring. You can get great deals too. This particular branch of Enterprise is my weekly go to. They also have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off within the working hours. They have a key drop and all in all they're your best bet when it comes to car rentals in Edmonton.
