(August 7, 2020, 1:47 am)Cathy has been the most amazing sales person to deal with... as long as she is with the the brick I would continue shopping at the brick. I love her bubbly personality and attention to detail. She never rushes me or pressures me when I shop. I am hoping my delivery goes well too, I usually pick up my items.

(July 12, 2020, 11:03 pm)So far so good... Went to look for a sectional on a Saturday and we were immediately greeted by Cathy. We said we were browsing, Cathy "tagged along" while we browsed, answering questions as we went along. Got some details and got Cathy's card. Good selection that matches what was on the website, including sale items. Returned the next day and phoned Cathy. She seemed surprised that we asked for her... apparently doesn't happen a lot. We asked for Cathy because she was friendly, helpful and not too pushy... Made a custom order on a sectional that was on sale with Cathy who explained things thoroughly. A few problems with the new ordering system, however all the paperwork seems in order. Currently, waiting for a few months for the new furniture to arrive. Got a discount on an ottoman and a free set of over the earphones. We'll see if everything works out.

(February 22, 2020, 12:02 am)I purchased my new couch at The Brick and I am very pleased with my experience. The sales staff were friendly but not pushy. I ended up purchasing my couch online during the Family weekend sale and they were gracious enough to honour me with free delivery (after I pointed out that I had received an e-mail offer of free delivery merely hours after I had already purchased it). The delivery guys were quick, efficient and tidy. The only small blip is that they did not call me to tell me what time they were delivering my couch. The quality of the couch is excellent. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase! Thanks, the Brick!
