  This storage facility is absolutely amazing! They are cooperative and friendly and just make you feel safe. They went above and beyond one day when my son threw he's toy on top of one of the storage units , and they sent me and email for my son with a story exaining how his stuffed dragon ate all the candies in the office waiting for my son to come retrieve him. Jasmin and her husband are just great welcoming people.

  Overall, I had a good experience renting at this location. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. However, the move-out process is quite frustrating. The estimated time to return the damage deposit was eight weeks, which is an incredibly long time to wait for funds that were paid in person without issue. I followed up at the two-month mark and was told they would look into it and call me the next day (which didn't happen). I followed up by phone at least one more time, in person once and by email once. When I finally connected with someone by email, I discovered that it wasn't issued until the day I first called to follow up, and it still took three weeks from that date to reach me.
  
  The service and quality of the location was generally wonderful, but I'd hesitate to rent again due to the move-out process.

  This is one of the best, if not the best, storage facility I have EVER been to. From the outside this facility on Argyll doesn't look like much, but don't be fooled as this is one of the most "state of the art" secure facility around. You can drive into one of their heated loading/unloading docks, grab a variety of flatbed roller carts, load up and push it through the sliding doors to your rented unit. How convenient this is during the winter months or rainy days of never having to load/unload outside. The staff are fantastic and exceptionally helpful in ensuring a smooth transaction. Truly, you should check this facility out. I have been to other Sentinenal locations but this one surpasses them greatly. More importantly, their prices beat the rest.

  The people I talked to were incredibly kind and helped me every bit of the way. I highly recommend this storage facility because of the staff / owners alone.
  
  The storage units are also very well kept and secure. Sentinel also has a great variety in size options, so it's easy to find a unit that suits you.

  Easily the best customer service experience I've ever had. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The site is very clean and secure and well thought out. Their prices are a little higher than some places but it is well worth it just for the service and security. I highly recommend this as a storage option for pretty much any situation. Well done, folks.
  
  P.s. The loading docks are brilliant. Multiple options for any kind of vehicle and very spacious.
