Mr. Electric of Edmonton

Will not be using Mr. Electric again. Set an appointment for 5 PM, and no one showed up. Called the company and someone showed up at 6 PM. $145 charge just for showing up LATE. I had an issue with my bathroom exhaust fan, charged me another $145 to “diagnose” that it wasn’t working and I needed a replacement. I already knew that ... said if they provided the replacement it was 30% up-charge for him to pick up the part. I told him I would get it myself, told me he would come back once I had it for another $300. No thank-you I will use a different more honest and better working company.

Edit - I was contacted by the company and they said they will try to help me resolve my issue free of charge once I have a replacement part. I will update again if they are able to resolve the issue.

Had a very scary situation with one of our outlets sparking. Mr Electric quickly sent a very professional electrician who not only rectified the problem but also inspected the rest of the house and explained the problem to me. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience with Mr.Electric. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the job was complete, unlike a previous experience with a different contractor. I would recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done!!

Called for a quote to install a new 15 amp plug for over the stove microwave and wire my new garburator, electrician called back promptly to set up a date and time, showed up, ready to do the work. Gave me a quote prior to starting, finished in a few hours. Very professional.. Would highly recommend this company and the electrical services it provides
