  Came in on a quiet February 11 (I was the only one in the shop) looking for new steel toed boots as my previous ones that I bought here gave out after 4 years.
  
  Sabrina introduced herself and asked what I was looking for. She answered all my questions politely and deeply. (Like size, comfort, colour, prices) She let me try on a variety of boots. She even found an old file of me of what type of steel toed boots I purchased years ago here. (Unfortunately you don't carry my previous pair anymore)
  
  They were expensive from POV. But quality does come at a cost as all previous purchases before here, all those boots lasted 1.5 years before falling apart and were from Wal-Mart.
  
  The new boots do chaf my ankles a bit, I think it is part of the breaking in process but if it keeps up. I'll have to find something to stop it.
  
  Solid purchase I must say.
  
  P.S. you should Sabrina a raise or something, I never had such amazing customer service.

  Good customer service. Prices a bit high and men's boots are way better for the same price range.

  Decent service but I returned my Red Wings because they don't offer anything extra for them. ie: laces, cleaning, repairs for life

  Fantastic service, I'd never been to a Mister Safety Shoes before, after my experience I will 100% go back. Recommend to anyone looking for PPE. Also I was surprised to see the prices were the same as the competition. I expected them to be more expensive so that was cool as well.

  Fantastic selection of work shoes and boots. Went early in the am so was only customer in store. Excellent salesperson (wish I had caught her name) and even her trainee Carlos was extremely pleasant. I came in with a list of styles to try on. Ended up going with a suggestion made by sales team which was well within the ballpark of my budget. Never at any point felt rushed in the sales experience. Gladly grabbed different sizes and styles for me. Will definitely revisit. Great job guys.
