  Always get very good service at the front desk and from the doctors. They're very patient and explain everything thoroughly. I looked at some of the 1 star reviews and people obviously don't know how triage works whether you have an appointment or not. A doctor (like any other human being) can only be in one place at a time. If you're in for a prescription and have an appointment but someone else comes in with a medical condition that's more imperative to be treated: guess what? _they will get helped before you_. That is how things work and it is A GOOD THING that it works that way. You might feel inconvenienced at the moment but you'd have less to complain about if the shoe was on the other foot. That being said; I've still found that I've never had to wait terribly long at this clinic. I drive out of my way to go to this clinic opposed to visiting the one walking distance from my house. The staff and doctors here are excellent and I would confidently recommend Gracepoint to anyone.

  Dr. Alarape is a very friendly doctor. We switched doctor cause ours only available weekdays and morning only. But i have no regrets cause Dr. Alarape takes time to assess you. Make you feel comfortable and at ease.
  Clinic is very clean. it is always busy here. Staff are great and the location is great. Physiotherapy and massage clinic just beside the clinic. There's pharmasave too. And a lot of good restaurants.
