  Very friendly helpful staff and eye doctor. The staff here are always polite and happy to see their customers and are great to deal with.
  
  I highly recommend Charm for all of your optical needs be it eyeglasses, contacts or eye exams.

  Can't say enough good things. Wonderful selection of designer glasses and they also offer 30% off for insurance not in their Network. Very friendly and patient staff. We compared more than 4 places. Would go back and highly recommend.

  Easy to deal with and quick service. I brought in an older pair of glasses that were pretty roughed up and after a couple day wait (brought in on Friday, got them back the Monday) they had the glasses cleaned up beautifully with the new lenses.
  4 stars are just because my experience was quick and I didn't have much exposure to any other element of their business.

  So far the best experience ever. I've never felt before that my sight was checked so carefully. Everything was explained very clearly and the customer service is also excellent. Staff is attentive and try to meet all the expectations. Ended up buying glasses from them too! Overall happy. will return for sure! Thanks guys!

  My overall experience @ Charm Optical has been 100% pleasant. I called into see the eye doctor and the owner was very helpful in referring to the nearest eye clinic. I went back to him for my prescription and it was a choice. Charm Optical has a wide selection of frames and lenses for a very reasonable price and they are very fashionable. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs glasses! Thank you Charm Optical!
