(December 15, 2019, 1:51 am)The barrista Suvie was so kind - her machines were not working and she just had a very rude customer respond to that. Working by herself she had a very can-do attitude despite the obvious obstacles she was facing. It takes a certain kind of fiber to be that strong. Kudos to Suvie and whoever hired her. She made my order perfectly which under the circumstances was tough. Thank you.

(September 10, 2019, 1:14 am)The staff are quite friendly & efficient but they aren't geared to be successful. They have 1 staff during peak times which only sets them up for frustration and failure. I feel there is more than enough business that 2 staff at morning peak time is essential.
