Dr. Rourke is a no nonsense professional. My husband had suffered of cancer and subsequence scar tissue causing stricture for almost 20 years. He was seeing a urologist in Vancouver that had him coming back over and over for biopsies and stretching without any plan to get rid of the cancer....just poked the bear...causing more and more scar tissue.
