    Needed an A/C unit installed. Gave them the part # I thought I needed. The Service Manager, Travis, offered to send someone out to double-check everything. Good thing they did, turns out there was a much better model available than the one I found. The delivery was prompt and install was outstanding. VETS sent two techs, Adam and Cliff who were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They both arrived on time, were thorough in their work, and kept things really neat and tidy. Unfortunate the A/C fan was defective from the factory, but they got it exchanged and came out the next day to replace/fix it. Would happily recommend VETS to anyone looking for HVAC services.

    Keeping our facilities warm in the winter and cool in the summer is no easy task.
    St. Albert Honda is a state of the art facility and it is imperative our systems operate at peak efficiency for the comfort and well-being of our staff and customers alike.

    We have a combination of roof mount units for heating and air conditioning, in floor heat with boiler systems for both interior and exterior surfaces, overhead fast recovery systems and a state of the art detailing facility. Any company we deal with, needs to know their business and needs to have a large enough workforce to accommodate our needs on a timely basis. Our facility services partner also needs to have an effective customer review process in place that keeps us informed of general system health, and required adjustments or enhancements.

    We are excited to work with the VETS Group Facility Services team. We are impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. The peace of mind that our systems will be looked after by a trusted partner is a huge relief.

    VETS group reviewed all our systems and provided a custom service plan with a commitment to follow up on regular intervals. Their customer service review program (CSR) is top notch. As promised VETS Group followed up with us on the intervals they laid out in our initial plan acceptance meeting - 3rd month, 9th month and 12th month. Each CSR meeting has been productive and timely. We have reviewed system status, recommendations for enhancements and awareness for future needs.

    Their technicians and thorough and conscientious. Each visit to our facility is documented if we have follow-up related questions. The nature of emergency service calls and regular maintenance visits has been discussed at each CSR interval. Our decision to partner with VETS has been and continues to be reinforced at each CSR meeting.

    VETS Group Facility Services proactive strategy has proven to be cost effective and reliable. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship.

    We were so impressed with VETS Facility Services for our Honda Dealership we recommended that our RV Dealership locations also consider their services.

    RV City’s Morinville location on 17 acres, has 5 buildings, while our Nisku site on 3 acres has one large facility. Most of the buildings are used by both staff and customers. In order to ensure the comfort of our team and our clients’ it is imperative we have a trusted partner maintain our systems.

    With a combination of roof mount units for heating and air conditioning, heater tubes, boiler systems for in-floor heating, overhead fast recovery furnaces and our state-of-the-art detailing facilities with water storage, water heating and hotsy systems, the company we deal with, needs to know their business and needs to have a large enough workforce to accommodate our needs on a timely basis. Downtime during our peak season is costly and needs to be avoided.

    We are excited to work with the VETS Group Facility Services team. We are impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. We appreciate their attention to detail, proactive strategy and customer service follow up processes.

    I have been dealing with VET's now for over 6 months and have found them to be exceptional in all ways. The biggest thing that I notice is the service team that we see regularly. They are not just able and good at their jobs, but polite and friendly. They take the time to explain the work they are doing the process that it will entail. This culture of being polite and courteous extends to the office personal and the management team. They really deserve the 5 stars given.

    The cold call from Jackie came at just the right time! Then the first meeting was conducted very professionally with follow up appointments for a site review and proposal presentation scheduled before she left. Jackie's knowledge of HVAC, and her company's capabilities combined with her open and honest demeanour instills confidence. Backed by an amazing team of people, we feel very comfortable that our we are now in good hands.

    Last Monday after the hot water went out in our building I walked in our mechanical room and promptly stepped into a pool of water. We were scheduled to have a visit with the VETS rep on Wednesday to consider a service agreement.

    The following Tuesday at our meeting I mentioned to Erin that we had a mechanical problem. Before the meeting was over Erin scanned a picture of my business card to her office and we had already received a call in our office that the service tech was on his way over. Before lunch we were fixed up, all systems go making this a very easy situation for our employee group.

    The following day I met with a service rep who began assessing our needs and we will have a tech assessing our units to prepare for a maintenance quote. The interesting thing about this is the work was done without any payment so far which shows trust in us but also a good deal of character on their part. The service rep was very thorough both in gathering info from us but also in helping us understand the services available as well as the philosophy on how Vets does business. There is a focus on a one-stop service to cover all of our mechanical equipment which is unlike what we have had up until now.

    Overall, I am very appreciative of the extremely efficient service and I look forward to entrusting our building mechanical service to Vets. Thank you Erin!
