  We were promised installation before October 1st per our contract, as we were putting our house on the market then. When I called around September 28 th to inquire when they were coming to install I was told they were booking into November and I would have to speak to the salesman as the Manager was out of the office. I was promised call backs which didn’t occur and when I did get the salesman he informed me he could take product out of inventory to do the install rather than wait for the product to arrive from the factory.
  I will say that the installer was excellent, very accommodating and helpful with some ideas for final finishing. Unfortunately the salesman was not very creative and did not explain how the bath would be finished to myself or the installer.
  I had to come up with the final finish myself. The product was installed 1 1/2 - 2 weeks later than promised. The product does look good in the end.
  We felt that we were getting the run around from the salesman as he gave us about 3 different stories about the contract from: he could move the schedule around to accommodate our install date; to he ordered the wrong product;to the ability to take something from inventory. I would not use them again if this salesman is involved again. By the way we did not get a call from the salesman or manager to ask if we were satisfied with the install and product, only a call to pay the final bill! Customer Service from this part is not their strong suit.

  Amazing service, I had two bathtubs installed at my house. Install was quick and professional, very satisfied customer. I would recommend to other people. Excellent work.

  We recently had Danny from BathFitters in to update our tub and shower. He called ahead to let us know he was coming, which was appreciated as we have waited hours for some service providers to appear.
  The entire installation process was completed in under 8 hours, all we had to do was wait for the silicon to dry before we used it, the next day.
  Bathfitters is not inexpensive but to get such a high quality, attractive installation done in one day, is definitely worth the extra cost to us.
  Everyone who had seen the new tub has given it a two thumbs up!
