I have been a registered dental assistant in Edmonton for over 25 yrs. Unfortunately, the dentist I work for does not have a handicap accessible office. Therefore when my elderly mother ( who cannot walk up stairs well and uses a walker ) needed dental work, I went searching for a new dentist for her in the WE. After considerable research, I decided to try Dr. Bendic’s office.
During the first appointment, Dr. Bendic did a complete exam and a few fillings for my mother. She was extremely friendly, gentle and her work was outstanding! It has been 4 years now that she has been going to this dental office and she has always been happy with the excellent service she has received from Dr. B and her staff. This office is also great when it comes to helping patient utilize their dental benefits rather than charging the patient. personally.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Bendic for more than 5 years and we are very happy with the quality of the services provided at this clinic. Dr. Bendic is very professional and caring. She takes the time to explain the options of the treatment and answer questions. Her staff is friendly and accommodating and her office is clean and well run. The waiting time is kept at minimum and recently they went above and beyond to accommodate me for an emergency. Thank you very much Dr. Bendic.
