  This hotel is simply phenomenal. Very clean, quiet & comfortable and perfectly located. The front desk personnel are very eager to please. Especially Shawn who is simply Awesome! Customer service at it's finest.

  Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast however was not hot or fresh. Jenny a waitress in there was Excellent, welcoming and very helpful.

  The Quality Inn was friendly and very hospitable. Their complimentary breakfast varied each day and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The building had parking all around so that I could find a parking spot that could be easily viewed from my room. I forgot my charger and the front desk was very easy to deal with to get it back quickly. The staff were very accommodating to let us have an extra early check in for our particular situation. The only undesirable part of our stay was the laminate floors which did not cushion the noise from other rooms but did look very professional and sleek.

  Great customer service, large room with seating area, hairdryer and bathrobes, ironing board , coffee maker, microwave, fridge, big screen TV, office desk.
  The king size bed was very comfortable, an extra blanket was a bonus, they really pay attention to detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Included in the price was a buffet warm breakfast.
  I was very happy to find a bathrobe along with plenty of towels. Most of the hotels lack to provide enough for 2 people but this hotel went beyond my expectations.
  I definitely recommend to stop here If you are coming to Edmonton or passing by.
