  This hotel has everything you need. Underground heated parking when its -25 outside, huge fitness room , restaurant and friendly staff. Will be back next week

  Brand new hotel - very clean and quiet.
  
  The gym is excellent. Dumbbells, a rower, several treadmills and cardio machines. One of those weight machines with cable attachments. Everything you need for a good workout.
  
  The pool was fine - rectangle with a deep end and a shallow end - nothing special but was refreshing and you could swim tight laps. The hot tub was very large, but minimal jets.
  
  The room itself was good. There was a large tv, a safe, fridge and microwave. It was clean, but we went 2 days with an empty conditioner jug on the shower wall. You'd think they would check those. Regardless, when I told the cleaners about it it was filled the next morning.
  
  Where this hotel lost its stars for me was the customer service side on the main floor. The attached restaurant was ok foodwise, but there was often a long wait, they completely messed up our order one day, food didn't come out for an hour, and still got charged full price. Drink glasses were never refilled.
  
  In the same vein, when we checked in the hostess was very nice and very professional, but she knew NOTHING about the area, there were no local maps available, and there was no offer to try to obtain information for the questions I was asking. I get that it's a new hotel and staff may not know the area very well yet, but part of training for the hotel should include rudimentary knowledge of the area dissemination - she didn't know there were dozens of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a Walmart directly behind the hotel. Training gaps there.
  
  And the good news is that's an easy fix. Once they get through their growing pains this would easily be bumped to a 4-star in my opinion.

  Only problems were:. 1. Needs a Towel rack near bathtub. 2. Soft night light in bathroom, and 3. As with all hotels, could have lower desk area. Loved the towels, so plush, great staff,. Would go again for sure.
