  Awesome!! I learned so much. They match what competitors are doing as well. And they do a little bit more for you!! I just have to decide now which washer or washer and dryer I would like!

  We were very fortunate to pay them a visit week before the Black Friday.
  We were tight on budget and the Sales associate there (Don) knew his stuff and answered all our questions. My wife and I were able to tell he gave us where there were extra savings and features we would get.
  
  To top it off, he gave us extra savings on top of what we already felt was a great deal (like extra 15% which was huge for us), EVEN AFTER we left the store and thought we were paying that previous price. He didn't have to, but he did so anyway and that's a great service you remember for a very long time.

  Update: Our pieces of scratched flooring were replaced by Just Done (appliance delivery company) today (August 15), at no cost to us. The lady I dealt with at Just Done was very professional and once we were dealing with them directly things moved very smoothly and in a timely manner.
  
  Our experience with Don was fine when picking out appliances. He seems very knowledgeable on all their products and honest about quality. However, during delivery our floors were scratched by the 3rd party installation company. At the time we didn't notice as there were large pieces of cardboard across the floor and only later when they were removed (after the delivery company left) did we notice. We live in a brand new house (first owners) and there are 2 very obvious lines from the stairs where the stove was set down and then slid across the floor. We contacted the delivery company who's receptionist was very rude & informed us we would have to first contact Coast who would then contact them. So we contacted Don, who sent an email to the delivery company indicating our issue. A week later we had heard nothing back so phoned coast again, and they sent another email. Then another week went by and the delivery company finally responded asking for pictures to be sent across & so we sent across pictures with a description of what happened. I has now been another 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything from anyone. We are extremely disappointed at the customer service (or lack there of) we have received from both Coast to rectify or even respond to our concerns.
