Michela assisted me well to search and choose the correct mini-fridge for my needs. All the the staff was great and assisted me in pickup when Michela was off. A great business, with positive attitudes and quality with value products. I highly recommend shopping the 149 st NW location in Edmonton!

I had an appointment to select appliances for my new home. Kevin (North Side location) made it such a pleasant experience. He firstly asked if I had anything specific in mind as to preferences and what my budget was. We worked together making selections and his knowledge of the options available from the different brand names was spot on! Never any pressure and always ensuring that I was getting exactly what was important to me. Thank you Kevin and Trail Appliances.

Just went through the sales process to buy a new dishwasher. It went pretty smoothly and I felt safe shopping at this Trail Appliances location.

They have hand sanitizer to use. Employees are wearing masks to try and stop the spread of COVID-19.

Customers are not mandated to wear a mask, but we wore them in the store.

In the end, we left happy and will hopefully have a new dishwasher installed by end of week that will last a long time.

North side a Trail Appliances....Lisa Zimmer, sales was fabulous. She answered all my questions, gave me time to think about my decision, and applied no pressure to purchase. Willing to call to check for mounting brackets as necessary. Lisa was a joy to have as a sales person! The CSR, Jared, was quick, efficient, polite and reviewed all payment details with me. Delivery was quick and set up efficient. Small scratch on my machine resulted in a credit to my credit card...no arguments and no hassles. Loved the Shopping experience from Trail...would shop there again!

If you are looking for high-end appliances, Trail Appliances is a good place to check out. They offer traditional commission based sales, and appliance consulting. If you are looking for mid-range, good deal appliances you wont easily find them here.
