(July 2, 2020, 3:46 pm)I've been bringing all our family cars here for a couple of years now and most recently, a CEL came on the night before a scheduled oil change. The guys at Sandy Lane diagnosed it and told me to keep an eye on the issue as since my car is still under warranty I'll want it fixed at the dealership as the issue is an expensive one (DEF/SCR). Sure enough, light comes back on and off to the dealer I go. The dealer changed a sensor. Light comes back on days later. Another sensor. Another light. After changing soot sensor and upstream and downstream N2O sensors, dealer tells me they are going to replace the entire SCR system. Sandy Lane called it months ago. While I'm satisfied dealer is trying their best to resolve the problem, I have the utmost confidence in the team at Sandy Lane for all my maintenance and off-warranty servicing. I wouldn't bring a Euro car anywhere else.

Not only were the staff courteous, knowledgable, friendly, and clear in their explanations, the waiting room was comfortable. I opted to wait for our service (about 2 hours) with my 8 month old - there was coffee and snacks, and the restroom was even equipped with a comfortable and clean changing table. I was so impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandy Lane Auto. Well done!
