  Dealt with Al Dewan , salesmen in used car/ truck centre. This is my 6 vehicle overall bought from him and every time, I walk away a happy customer knowing he did all he could to make my buying experience a good one. Would recommend Al to anyone as he's very thorough and very detailed in every aspect. A good salesmen.

  Not sure what I was about to expect walking into the dealership and as soon as I walked through the door I was warmly greeted by Ashley Graham. As soon as we met she made the whole process buying a car stress free and easy. I will recommend her to all my family and friends and she has a customer for life!!

  Great customer service, able to negotiate, no hassle. My family and I had a good experience. Anthony L. was respectful and courteous, no pressure and wonderful to deal with. The sale was quick and hassle free.
  I had to leave early and Anthony offered and did deliver the vehicle we purchased to my front door with my family.
  
  Definitely coming back. Thank you guys so much from me and my family

  I started my career at Crosstown and I could say that the Accounting department is the backbone of any car dealership. I had the privilege to work with a lot of amazing people and be a part of a team dedicated to help customers and employees alike. I had the chance to work with MARIKA and I consider her as one of the best collegue I have worked with. I witnessed how dedicated she was in helping everyone in the dealership. Definitely a member you want in your team!

  I recently brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab into Crosstown Dealership to get some issues dealt with after purchasing it at Great West Chrysler,and fighting with them to get resolved. It was like day and night the way I was treated. I talked with Chris Goodwin ( Service Manager) and he introduced me to Angela Smith ( Assistant Service Manager).I have to commend Angela with the awesome service I received. She was very great in answering any questions I had and I felt very comfortable in getting my issues taken care of with her guidance. It was a complete turn around after what I had to deal with at Great West Chrysler . I will be a returning customer to Angela and the Crosstown dealership.
