  The serviceman arrived early and took the time to explain choices available for completing the repairs to our hot water tank. We added an additional request to move the height of the main water shutoff. We were given quotes before the work was done so there were no surprises. Efficient use of time and had all material with him. Very pleasant and professional.

  John came in from Capial and was awesome! He is patient, friendly, kind, informative and truly cares about you and the work he does. I’d recommend him to everyone and will be contacting him for all future service. With Capital I have experienced great service, 24 hour availability, accurate quote times, and good service recommendations. I felt well informed, yet had the space, time and respect to make my own decisions. Great company made by the people who work there!

  Kevin was very courteous and answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. Very professional and did great work !
  
  Vince came on another day to reinstall our gas stove and install new braided water lines to the clothes washing machine. He was very courteous and professional in all aspects and he was more than capable to handle this job himself - he should be given more opportunities to work on his own. Good job by the Capital team !
  
  I have an older condo that required a lot of plumbing work before I put it up for sale. I met with Jesse to first go over all the required work and he was very detailed with explaining everything and then presented me with a quotation and let me know how long he thought the job would take to complete. I accepted and he booked a later date to do the work. Jesse and his helper Paul showed up on time even though the roads were in terrible shape due to bad winter weather. We reviewed the work to be done and I left them there to start the job. I returned to the condo at the approx. time Jesse thought that they would be finished and I found them in the process of cleaning up and packing their tools. Jesse took me to each item that he worked on and explained to me what was done and that everything was tested for water leaks. Very thorough and professional in all aspects ! I highly recommend Capital Plumbing along with Jesse. I have used this company a few times now and will not even think of using anyone else. Good job !

  I contacted Ryan at Capital Plumbing and Heating when I was developing a basement suite to have the furnace moved to make the space more functional. It was suggested that due to the age of the existing furnace and hot water tank, it would be best to replace both of them at the same time. At the same time, we were adding a washer/dryer on the main floor and contracted with Capital to do all of the work. The men doing the work were very conscientious. All in all, the work was done within the time frame given, they were very accommodating to our tenants, and cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the debris. We did get a couple of quotes on the work and found Capital to be competitive. We are happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
