The windows I had installed are beautiful.
There was a miss communication with the team and myself but the Installer came out on his own time to talk to me and we worked out the issues i had which were very minor. That's what is bringing this experience to a 5 star rating.
They were professional and this guy takes his job very seriously, a true craftsman I must say. I was surprised when he showed up to talk to me. He even gave me some good tips on how to finish my project. Thanks guys. Sorry for the hassles.
