  Highly recommend. After a horrible experience with End or Roll, in which I was left with my home torn apart and no flooring/installers, Mike from Ashley Fine Floors brought flooring samples to my home and arranged for installation two days later. The installers were professsional and friendly and worked evenings and weekends to get the job done as quickly as possible. The finished product was amazing. It was a wonderful experience.

  The team at Ashley Fine Floors has been outstanding with service, quality and attention to detail every time I’ve worked with them. Mike especially has always been very approachable and willing to help out any way he can.

  I had been to a minimum of 5 other flooring stores looking for something very specific when I met Mike at a BNI meeting, and he invited me to visit him at Ashley Fine Floors. It was an incredibly timely meeting as I literally needed to order floors within the next couple of days. Mike made himself available immediately, and provided me with many high quality options. He was very knowledgeable about the options available, which helped me narrow down my choices and provided several samples for me to take home (and didn't charge me for the samples like some stores do) to see which would work. He gave me a great price on my final choice, and was quick to respond to emails and phone calls, including staying past their business hours to accommodate us when picking up the flooring.
  The vinyl plank flooring is now installed now and looks great, it’s exactly what we had hoped for, and I'm not just saying that. We really did find the EXACT flooring we were looking for at Ashley Fine Floors, and we didn't find anything like it at any of the other stores I visited. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience purchasing flooring for our basement renovation and highly recommend anyone needing flooring to meet with Mike.
  
  I've also used Ashley Fine Floors a few years earlier to replace some carpet in the upstairs of another home I owned and had a similarly great experience. I would not hesitate to buy from Ashley again.

  We are so very pleased with our recently installed hardwood flooring from Ashley Fine Floors. From the de-installation of our entire main floor coverings to the install of our beautiful engineered hardwood floors the installation team were clean, efficient and very professional. They even asked to stay late on two nights in order to finish the installation.
  The experience from going to the beautiful showroom and working with Bob and Jake to the final result has been a pleasure!
  We are so proud of the new look that the hardwood flooring has given our home.

  We recently completed a commercial renovation- this process can sometimes be overwhelming when trying to pick out the proper flooring to meet your requirements and budget. After visiting many flooring companies and providers - once we stepped into Ashley Flooring and met their staff - we knew that this would be our last stop in search of a flooring provider.
  Ashley flooring were knowledgeable providing many options and styles to work with our decor vision. Their ( Bob and Jake) made several trips to our space with a selection of samples creating flooring patterns to give us a real visual of what we could expect.
  Once we selected our product - it was ordered and arrived on schedule insuring that since this was the last part of our Reno , we would be open on time. It’s all great when you find a product you love , but it’s the install that is the make it or break it when you are working with patterned tile carpet flooring. Well Ashley flooring did not disappoint- their installers we top notch - laying on a cement floor - the installer had to float a floor to insure that the carpet would lay properly. He came back twice -working long hours to insure that it was PERFECT!! He was not going to install the carpet to have us disappointed with floor prep imperfections. He took pride and treated our commercial space like he was installing within his own home. Our flooring is everything and more than we could have imagined and hoped for. Their follow up service with a final inspection visit from our representatives -is beyond anything we have experienced before.
