  I came in store because there was some issues with an online order that customer service wasn't solving or at least was not communicating clearly. Jo was the first person I spoke in store to and he solved the issue quickly and gave me answers to all of the unanswered questions I had. He was awesome and I will definitely be returning to this location for shopping rather than online.

  Very organized and clean bookstore with friendly staff. So far I’ve been able to find all the books I’ve been looking for.

  Went to purchase an LOL dollhouse. Store had the item in store, easy to find. A sign in the store did advertise kids toys 25% off, however this sale did not apply to this item. A bit disappointing as there did not seem to be exclusions on the sale, yet clearly there were. Nice store non the less.

  Very open space. Love being able to grab a Starbucks and wander this store for an hour. They have a huge selection and I am always able to find a few books to read.
  
  The kids section also has a good variety of books and toys. Can't find this seasons hot toy at other stores, try Indigo, as I always see them there!
  
  It's also well staffed, so if you need help, it's not hard to find someone. Staff are very relaxed and personable, and occasionally you can find someone interested in the same genre and they'll have a whole new world of books they can suggest! Love it!

  I have never been to a bookstore where the staff were completely passionate about recommending books that they thought were amazing. One of the staff members in particular walked around the whole store with is showing us around to the books that she recommended based on our interest. It was an absolute joyful experience and for it to have been the first time I ever visited a bookstore in Canada was amazing. You know, usually when you hear " Hi welcome to our store if there's anything you need just let us know" you know they are nice enough to greet you and show you what you're looking for, but in this case it was above and beyond. I will never forget that experience.
